Dylan Stroud Office Manager/Owner

Thomas Whitley Broker/Owner

As a passionate and dedicated broker in the real estate industry, I specialize in helping shape any level agent grow their business in today's competitive market. With over 7 years of experience, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of mentorship and strategic guidance in achieving success.

My journey began just out of high school by purchasing my first investment properties, and learning firsthand from the consumer standpoint how difficult it can be to buy and sale real estate. Shortly after in 2017 I became interested in getting licensed to conduct business for myself, and quickly realized that I thoroughly enjoy helping others much more than myself. Once I was licensed, I became a listing Coordinator on The Dan Jenkins Team, one of the top performing teams for United Real Estate. Having been put in a fast-paced environment from the beginning, I had to learn the ropes of the business extremely fast. This put me on the trajectory to opening United Real Estate East Carolina of Wilson in November of 2019. In 2024 a new partnership was made when Dylan Stroud came on board.  While our name has changed from United Real Estate East Carolina Wilson to now United Real Estate Tri-County our vision remains the same in expanding market presence, mentoring new agents, and driving company growth through strategic planning and forward-thinking solutions.

At United Real Estate Tri-County, we leverage our extensive network and industry insights to identify and attract exceptional candidates who align with our clients’ values and goals of homeownership. I believe in a more personalized approach to recruitment, taking the time to understand both the needs of the organization and the aspirations of the candidates. I am committed to fostering relationships built on trust and transparency, guiding candidates through the process with support and encouragement.

Outside of the real estate realm I am a passionate husband to my wife Alexis Whitley and father to our daughter Sutton Whitley. We like to enjoy our free time out on the boat fishing or just having fun outside. Being with United has really gave me the freedom to do what I love to do, and enjoy time spent with my family.

Cathy McCullers REALTOR®

I am super excited you chose Cathy McCullers home search web page with United Real Estate East Carolina!

Born and raised in the city of Wilson N.C. with my father a Vietnam veteran and my mother a homemaker taught me discipline, integrity, and respect for others.  My mother also taught me how important it was to carry God everywhere I go.

Married to my best friend and a mother of three daughters kept me in high gear. I managed to earn my Associates of Arts Degree while working a fulltime job. Upon the completions of my degree I returned to take two more certification classes when I decide I was not happy with the career path I was on.

I wanted to help people, but in a way they would remember me. I wanted to be a part of a person’s milestone and what better way than real estate. When I was in my twenties I grew a passion for real estate but I always held back.  As my girls grew older I knew I was ready to carry out my dream.

Now I am a part of something big! Watching my clients dream come true buying or selling their home brings them joy, and it’s a blessing for me to experience that with them. Backed by a team of experienced and reputable real estate brokers I can guarantee you an experience that will last a lifetime. Let me represent you in your next real estate transaction.

Ajay Williams REALTOR®

My name is Ajay Williams, and I am a native of Wilson, North Carolina. After graduating from Beddingfield High School, I attended Furman University on a full academic and athletic scholarship. In addition to playing football, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

I thought the best way to make money was by getting a degree and then to get a good job. This changed when I read two books that shifted my mind to the entrepreneurship and helped me to realize that I could achieve my goal of becoming wealthy By Helping People.

This is why Real Estate is perfect! I am able to provide my premium services to help you find your dream home!

I know there are lots of choices to work with a real estate agent. I simply believe that the agent who goes above and beyond, who cares the way I care, and who does the best to provide the most value is what true agency is and should be.

I AM your agent, and my goal is to leave you smiling brighter than me by working hard to lower your stress level and making your experience as pleasurable as possible!
